My husbands great grandmother- sarah Dowling 's Funeral was conducted at St. Rose of Lima Church on Monday, March 20, 1916 with burial at St. Boniface Cemetery. (quincy illi.) re: The canton news (lewis county mo.) she died in lagrange mo, (lewis co.) My question is.... Do you think that "St. Rose of Lima Church" would have any family information in their records, since the funeral was "conducted" there? I Retrieved some information from calvery about the st. boniface cem records, of sarah, - there are no stones, and although we "believe they re buried there, we can not be sure, because they didnt list any dates, just that they owned them, actaully 3 of them, as their daughter is definitly buried there. (age 10) SO any ideas about st. rose of lima records? I wrote them with no reply, even though I sent SASE, Is st. rose of lima still in buisness today? any ideas where records from 1916 could be?
