Donna, If you are using Windows, it shouldn't be any problem. Just go to the map you want to copy, and right-click on it. Choose "Save As", and then it will let you browse to which folder you wish to save it in, and let you rename it. Windows should treat it like a photo, and use whatever "viewing software" your computer has to open it. Hope this works for you. Donna, I just went to the site, right clicked on the map, did a "copy" and then opened up a word document and "pasted" the map onto it.
