ALLISON, 989 East South stree, died at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning in Galesburg Cottage hospital of typhoid fever. The daughter of Ananias and Julia GOLDSMITH BENTLEY, she was born June 5, 1878, in Lincoln, Ill. Shere was married there to Ezra J. ALLISON on February 28, 1906. The family resided in Alpha for several years, where Mrs. ALLISON was a faithful member of the Methodist church. In the fall of 1929 the ALLISONs moved to Galesburg. In January, 1931, she became a member of the East Main street Congretional church, and in the present year she was serving as deaconess. Mrs. ALLISON is survived by her husband and five children, Mrs.Irene MCAFEE of Lincoln, Mrs. Ethel SINGLETON, Mildred, Robert and Wilmer, all of Galesburg. Three brothers and two sisters survive. Denman, Robert and David BENTLEY of Lincoln, Mrs. Alice Platt of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Mrs. Margaret Judd of Galesburg. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Friday afternoon from the Dean Funeral home, and the funeral party will leave immediately afterward for Lincoln. Rites will be held from the Goff Funeral home in Lincoln Saturday afternoon, with burial in Union cemetery there.
