He was born Jan. 30, 1923 in Pittsfield to the late Arthur F. and Mary L. Dean Lipcamon. He married Norman Sallee Aug. 19, 1945 in Pittsfield. Mr. Lipcamon was a graduate of Perry High School. He was a farmer in Pike County all his life. Surviving is his wife, Norma at home; three sons, Wayne (wife Mary Jo) Lipcamon of Rushville, Roger Lipcamon of Chambersburg and Kevin (wife Rebecca) Lipcamon of Mt. Sterling; six grandchildren, Sheila (husband Rob) Rhoades, Tracy (husband Chris) Chartrand, Deborah Lipcamon, John Allen Lipcamon, Kristi (husband Bobby) Lung and Amy Nicole (husband Brian) Phillips; four great-grandchildren; four step great-grandchildren; and two brothers, John R. Lipcamon of Vinton, Iowa and Dean Lipcamon of Solon, Iowa also survive. Preceding him in death was a granddaughter Mary Sue Lipcamon, a sister Mary McGlasson, and two brothers Paul W. and Earl S. Lipcamon. A graveside service were held at 2:30 p.m, Saturday April 26, at the Wilson Cemetery in Perry.
