Hi Jan, I found an obituary for a Leo P. Duggan but the date is wrong but he was married to a Ellen Duggan Nee McKeon. I also found an Ellen Duggan who was married to a Leo Duggan also. 1967-10-08 Chicago Tribune (IL) Duggan-- Leo P.
