One would think that after 15 years of being dead he would be on there. I don't get any widows from him as I worked and I remarried so don't anything...But due from my husband who passed away in 2004 and his death is on it. But not my half sister who died in 1982 or my ex-hubby who died in 1990 or my mother who passed away in 1983. And I turned that one in as did the State of CA as she was in a Care Home and the payments to them had to stop.
