I did a quick check of the 1870 federal census for Cook Co., IL (using Genealogy.com) and found Anton Wagner listed as a minister, age 40, living in the 7th ward of Chicago in Cook Co., IL. This may be the minister that married Charles Wille and Elizabeth Wagner. I suggest looking at the 1870 - 1872 Chicago directories and see if it lists where this Anton Wagner was living or maybe what church he may have served at that time. Then you may be able to contact the church and get a marriage record . Good luck.
