Dorothy M. Prellberg of Des Plaines since 1935 Services for Dorothy M. Prellberg (nee Heisch/Klee), 93, will be private for the family. Born Feb. 6, 1910, in Chicago, she died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2003, at Holy Family Hospital. Interment will be private in Eden Memorial Park, Schiller Park. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of Christ Church in Des Plaines. She was also a member of the Des Plaines Senior Center and the Maine Township Senior Center. Dorothy was the wife of the late Arthur E. Prellberg, who she married in 1931; mother of John and Jean Prellberg of Galena, Ill., and the late Donald E. (Gail) Prellberg; grandmother of Don (Amy) Prellberg, Rhonda Prellberg, Mark (Maureen) Prellberg and Todd (Tricia) Prellberg; great-grandmother of Jessica, Abby, Allyson, Taylor, Morgan, Tanner, Tori and Tessa; sister of the late Eugene Heish, Richard (Fran) Klee and Louise Prange; and dear aunt of Dave, Chuck, Carol, Bob and Patty. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. today, at G.L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Ave., Des Plaines. Memorials may be made to Christ Church, 1492 Henry St., Des Plaines, IL 60016.
