He is Pfc Clayton Collins, 22, of 170 Western Street, Hoffman Estates. Collins is survived by his wife, Mary Ann, 20, and two children, Peter, 3 and Sue, 1. His parents live in Michigan. The widow is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Collins (no relation to the deceased), also of Hoffman Estates.
