Transcribed from photocopies of two handwritten pages about 8/5"x11" which are from the Schaumburg Local History Binders which are with the School Yearbooks near to the reference desk at STDL. This is the EARLIEST official document that the transcriber has seen SO FAR. These are VERY VERY faintly written. The Uppercase Letters are very hard to determine....especially I, P J.
