Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Interment will be private. Visitation for Carol will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home. Born Dec. 25, 1933, in Des Plaines, she died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2005, at Northwest Community Healthcare. Carol grew up on the Wille family farm in Elk Grove Township. She was a 1951 graduate of Arlington High School and remained a proud alumnus. At the age of 17, Carol was a successful contestant, and won the title of Vegetable Queen, to represent the state of Illinois for the Vegetable Growers Association. Carol was a devoted mother and always enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bulls fan. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Victor Locascio; children, James (Jane) Locascio, Brian (Clare) Locascio, Patricia Hochbaum, Karen Lo! cascio, Andrew (Julie) Locascio and Robert (Lynn) Locascio; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and siblings, Wilfred (Elsie) Wille and Wilma Schoppe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Conrad and Della Wille. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice of Northeastern Illinois, 410 S.
