Petersen of Rolling Meadows Services for Mr. Marvin L. Petersen, 83, formerly of Palatine, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at the Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows. Interment will be in Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home. Born March 14, 1922, in Palatine, he died Saturday, Aug. 6, 2005, at Northwest Community Healthcare, Arlington Heights. He was a World War II Army veteran and had worked for Littel Fuse for many years. He was the husband for over 58 years of Lamora (nee Gerken); brother of Leona (the late Walter) Meyer and the late Myrtle Swanson; and survived by many nieces and nephews.
