    3. Below is what someone sent me February 2001. There are two e-mails here. Thanks Sue Quote Hi Sue. I am sending you the site for the film that is available for Rogasen through the LDS site. Go to the following site http://www.familysearch.com Then choose Library--Family History Library Catalog--Place Search. Then enter the town Rogasen. Click on Germany, Preußen, Posen, Rogasen. Then you choose between Church or Jewish records. The church group will allow you to choose from a list of 4 seperate church groups of film, 3 Evanglic and 1 Catholic. Choose and notice the notes on the right of the screen, it will tell you how to go about ordering the film and any other tidbits associated with it. If you have already found all of this, it was still a good refresher for me. I wish I lived closer to an LDS library--2 hour drive and it has very limited hours. I am not sure what Konigreich means, but the reich on the end means empire in English. So maybe it is the Konig Empire. :-) It may also mean the name of the estate(farm) someone worked at. Hi Sue. I finally found time to answer your question about Ragase West Prussia. I did a search on Mikolojewo at the following address: http://www.mapquest.com/cgi-bin/ia_free?link=btwn/twn-map_results&event=find _select&level=5&lat=527833&lng=171000 and found it to be extremely close to Rogozno, ( Rogasen(German name), Posen Province Prussia ) Poland. This coincidentally is the birthplace of my great-grandparents Rohde. They emigrated to Bremer County, Waverly Iowa in 1884.
