Kelsey a lifelong resident of Barrington The visitation for Theresa I. Kelsey (nee Brandt), 104, will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington. The Rev. Ann Spurgeon will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington. Born Feb. 9, 1901, in Barrington, she passed away peacefully, Sunday, Dec. 11, 2005, at Governor's Park Nursing Home in Barrington. Theresa enjoyed baking for her family on Saturdays, playing cards and shopping. She was a cook in the cafeteria at the Jewel Tea company in Barrington for over 30 years. She was a member of Eastern Star, a member of the Barrington and Fox River Grove Senior Citizens, and a member of Salem United Methodist Church in Barrington. Survivors include her daugther-in-law, Maxine Kelsey of Woodruff, Wis.; grandchildren, Kay Etters (Don) Griffith of Barrington, Don K. (Celeste) Etters of Barrington, Bob (Camill! e) Kelsey of Johnsburg, Betty Etters (Craig) Warman of Richwood, Ky., Jim (Cheryl) Kelsey of St. Germain, Wis. and Sue Kelsey (Scott) Hopkinson of Arbor Vitae, Wis.; great-grandchildren, Kim (Brian) Dykes, Mike and Debra Griffith, Kelly Kristina and Kori Warman, Russ, Matt and Nick Kelsey, Jim and Patrick Kelsey, and Sam Hopkinson; stepgreat-grandchildren, Brian and Shawn Slusser; and several great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, State Representative Harold Kelsey; son, Roland "Bud" Kelsey, daughter, Phyllis Kelsey Etters; parents, Enoch (Katherine, nee Kampert) Brandt; and brother, Norman Brandt.
