To add a bit more information to the thread: Yesterday I ordered a Marriage License Application from David Orr's Vital Statistics office at the County Building. I had no less than three people tell me I didn't want it, that it had no additional information, but they did process the order, and it does say "Marriage Application" on the order receipt. $15, just like the certificate, must be mailed, just like any gene. order placed on-site. Now we'll see what arrives in the mail....... Bonnie
