Hi Arleen, I believe they only digitized the licenses, not the applications. Apps contain info like parent names and places of birth. I was told, and I was never able to verify this with any other county rep, that apps would never be released to anyone except the actual bride/groom. This person further stated that apps are kept in a locked vault. Like I said, no one else verified this for me.
