I remember that sometime within the past two weeks there was mention of a book about the early days in Chicago, maybe from the turn of the century. Whoever mentioned the book pointed out that even if you had no Chicago history that the book would be of interest to those doing genealogy as it dealt with so much that was going on at that time. Does anybody know what that book may have been? I am not even sure it was mentioned on either of these lists. Bonnie
