No way I can tell from this record if it is your William Morley or not. The marriage certificate itself might be available thru Cynthia (the person who responded to your first email on this list and an excellent researcher). I am sure she probably found this same record and will get back to you. If not, just email her again. Their ages should be on the marriage certificate which would help narrow down the possibility.
