    3. Many thanks for these very excellent finds. The C/K spelling variation was very helpful for KLORFINE as I found the family's 1920 Chicago census listing with parents Max and Bertha KLORFINE. I will add these selections from the Los Angeles TIMES regarding the BRIN family. Do not know if the below Samuel BRIN is related but as noted in his obit, he was connected to the Chicago area.
