I've posted to the Cook County list with no response so I'll try here. There hasn't been an update to the online county clerk's BMD index for over a year now. I've written them with no reply and wonder if anyone has had more success. There are still big gaps. Jackye Sullins Carlsbad, CA

Cook County, like everywhere else has money problems.
