I used this new service within hours of seeing on this listed and was thrilled with the results. However, when I went back a few days later, was disappointed to find that I now had to do it by state, county and draft board. It was much better when all you had to do was put in the name. I wondered if it was a timed maneuver or if I "overused" the service. Did anyone else have this same experience?
