My copies of the divorce papers that my grandparents filed [but never carried through to an actual divorce] arrived today. Yes, the date and place of marriage are listed [and Grandpa was one day off what was shown, and several counties off, too - but the right state]. I had checked every county that I had thought they had been in, but missed this one. And although I said that I thought I knew what the grounds would be -- I was wrong. I also was very surprised to learn that Grandpa asked for custody of my then 4 year old Uncle. Sharon Buethner
