    3. Hi Is anyone going to St. Mary's Cemetery or live close enough to do a look up for me? The name is Concetta Lupia. Should be buried with her husband Angelo Lupia.     3. Did you try contacting the cemetery yourself with the interment request available for Chicago Catholic Cemeteries on their web site? This is how I have been able to obtain some information on some of my father's relations. The Chicago Catholic Cemeteries web site is: www.cathcemchgo.org Click on the information link on the left side of the page and that will give you a list of options. Click interments and that will get you to a screen where you can download the form in Adobe Acrobat as a .pdf file. The home screen under the information link will also have an option for locations of the cemeteries and their offices. BTW, there are five St. Mary's Catholic Cemeteries in the Chicago area: Evergreen Park, Fremont Center, Highland Park, Lake Forest, and Waukegan. Which one are you looking for?
