Can you help me-because in gfathers obit it states that he had two brothers and a sister-Ida Weintraub Hertzberg-She is married to Joseph.Being that all in the family resettled in Chicago, I thought that she did also.I send for her dc which had different parents on it-Her parents are Philip and Mollie Weintraub-but when I tried to tell this I was send by other genners the same material.I after awhile thought that maybe-but the material that I got was the same over and over-The idea of the parents tho ate away at me.herefore I am starting all over-I wrote to either the daughter or her gdaughter-she said that we were not related- Here is what I do know , my gfather was born in Lutsk-I gather the boys were born there also and also Ida.Gfather was born 1871.I believe that he was the oldest. Joseph and she lived in Latvia with their family. I have not gotten any where in the three years that I worked on it so therefore I NEED LOOK UPS.

I would like to help look up your info on ancestry. but you have provided no dates or other relationships. What is gfathers name? what part of Chicago did they live in? Where did they resettle from? directly from europe? or did they live in a different u.s. city first? I found a WW1 draft registration for Joseph Hertzberg lborn 15 Oct 1887. living at 1306 Edgemont, he was a milk wagon driver, married, but did not provided wife's name.
