Please help me find the accurate information regarding my great grand father's service record. He died in Fulton County, Illinois, and he is buried there, that much i am certain of. However, one of his niece's applied for his pension, and at that time his name, rank and service file got mixed up with some one else's, and we have not been able to find his accurate record's since.
