Great idea, I'm looking for a photo of the 102nd Illinois Volunteer Infantry, Company C and my great-grandfather James M. Beardsley. I have never seen a picture of him in uniform. He had a cousin, James Marvin Beardsley a Major in the 13th Illinois Volunteer and a brother Elisha Beardsley also in the 13th. Thank you for any help, Barb Appleby600@aol.com
