    1. [IL-CIVIL-WAR] Illinois Regiments in Atlanta Campaign
    2. Researcher looking for written accounts, i.e. diaries, letters, memoirs, reminiscences, newspaper articles, etc., by members of the following Illinois regiments concerning their activities from July 2, 1864 to July 20, 1864 in and around Roswell Georgia and New Manchester (Sweet Water) Georgia during the occupation of those towns and operations near them, with particular interest in accounts of their occupation, burning of textile mills in them and any references to sightings or encounters with the mill workers, particularly women and their families during that time. The relevant regiments are: 14th Illinois Cavalry, 16th Illinois Cavalry, 22nd Illinois Infantry, 27th Illinois Infantry, 36th Illinois Infantry, 42nd Illinois Infantry, 44th Illinois Infantry, 51st Illinois Infantry, 52nd Illinois Infantry, 73rd Illinois Infantry, 74th Illinois Infantry, 79th Illinois Infantry, 88th Illinois Infantry, 98th Illinois Mounted Infantry, 100th Illinois Infantry, 123rd Illinois Mounted Infantry.
