My ggrandfather served with this company. His name was George N. D. Bear. He resided in Adeline at the time of his enlistment (October 24, 1861). He was discharged because of wounds on October 17, 1862 in Chicago. Does anyone have any information about him, his unit or possibly any pictures of this unit???
