Sure, Clay, I can't remember when the function came out .... but if you have version 7 of FTM ... then follow these steps with your cursor: Click on FILE Scroll down to PREFERENCES In the pop up menu, scroll down to and click on PRIVATIZE. Your database will convert what it finds on living people to a private or blanked out screen .... only the names will show ... no other information ... there is a warning that privatize does not work for note fields so practice and study it a few times .... I work this way all the time ... works great for me ....
