Looking for information on John Thomas STAPLETON that married Millissa LUCAS in Sangamon/Logan Co. in 1833. Most of their children were born in these counties. I have as their children Katharine 1833, Mary Jane 1834, Margaret 1838, Sarah 1836, Elizabeth Catherine 1845, Marcia Elizabeth 1841, Thomas F. 1842, John Copeland 1848 and James William 1851. They were living in Decatur, Macon Co. when last found in 1856. Where did John T and Millissa die (supposed to have been two weeks apart)?
