    3. Hello, fellow listers. I'm trying to find the parentage of two BOOTH orphan boys who were living with FATHEREE families in Wayne County in 1870. One of the boys (I believe) later married AMANDA FATHEREE who might have earlier married a PHILLIPS. One boy is ALEXANDER S. BOOTH b. Ohio abt 1861, listed as age 9 in 1870 census of the household of WILLIAM FATHEREE, Wayne County, Illinois. The other boy is JOSEPH J. BOOTH b. Ohio abt 1857, listed as age 9 in 1870 census of the household of BENJAMIN FATHEREE, Wayne County, Illinois. One of Benjamin's children was AMANDA FATHEREE, then age 7. Benjamin Fatheree is probably William Fatheree's uncle. SELKIRK "KURT" BOOTH married Feb 11, 1888 in Marion County, MRS. AMANDA PHILLIPS. I suspect that SELKIRK is one of those two Booth orphan boys and that MRS. AMANDA PHILLIIPS is AMANDA FATHEREE. I have personal knowledge that a Selkirk Booth and Amanda Fatheree were married and were parents of Leonard Booth. Would appreciate any related information. Thanks, Sid
