Hi Betty and list, When I sent for a copy of marriage license for my family, I was told to ask also for a copy of the State Board Of Health to be copy on this couple also, if it was with that marriage license copy...I didn't have to pay any more for it and often it was on the back of their marriage license but not always..I got a copy of it along with all but 3 or 4 marriage license copies. State Board of Health tells us where the couple was born and their parents and their age their next birthday, what marriage it is for each of the ones getting married, where they are living when they married. I wrote to the court house in the town I was looking for the couple and requested a copy of their marriage & copy of the State Board of Health if available..One can also request a search for land purchase.Hope this helps.
