Hi Wanda, I searched for Samuel T. Council & found him in 1820 in Illinois. My Heritage Quest then skips to 1860 so I couldn't look in 1830 to 1850. Could not find him in 1860. The 1820 census does not give much info. If you want the 1820 let me know off-line.
