So if Elcania and Catherine/Kate are listed in Jo Daviess Co in 1900 and in 1910 and Elcania and Anna are listed in 1910 and 1920 in Lee Co, then there are two separate Elcania/Elkanah Chandler men living in the same general area of IL.
