I think this could be him Yew. Don't go by his indicated nativity. Check the parental nativities against the 1910 and also Catherine's issues columns.(1/1). Dubuque co is right across the mighty Mississippi and Dunleith twp in Jo Daviess co is a river twp. Also the 1920 Lee Co, Il Elhanan & Anna do not appear to be yours since they are there in 1910 Lee co. as well.
