Hello everyone, I wanted to ask a question. I have been asking for help in locating James Nellis, born in WI 1861 , parents in Ireland. I was sent the two census. The 1900 Census is correct for the James Nellis I am searching. The two (2) James born in WI are 3 years a part in age. Could this still be the same man I am searching for? What stinks is there is no 1890 record to search! :( Searching for the right James Patrick Nellis in Chicago Illinois or Wisconsin.
