Thomas/J/13/Illinois/Various censuses show his father born NC,his mother either VA or ILL. Thomas married Mary E Parkinson in about 1889 when she was 15. He was born in 1867. They had following children. Olive=1898,Lillie 1900, Nora=1905 and two other children who didn't live to adulthood. Thomas and Mary resided most of their lives in Missouri and died there, date unknown. Any help would be appreciated. p.s. I've tried LDS 1880 archives with no success.

Hi, so you want a lookup for a Thomas J. Briggs on the 1880 census in Illinois. He was b. 1867 in Illinois and would be 13-years-old. Is seems that you have his parents' names but failed to provide them. I cannot find a Thomas Briggs of correct description in IL, but there are two Thomas Briggs who might be your Thomas. One is a one 10-year old b. in MO listed in Macon Co, parents Joseph and Mary Ann. Another is a 13-year old b. in OH listed in Sullivan Co, parents William and Matilda.
