I have 3 on-line census databases and was not able to locate your John Dlouhy no matter which spelling or what state in the U.S. The others all had different names for children and spouses. I also checked those with different first given names. If you are trying to verify birth dates or verify whether John was husband to Barbara, perhaps burial records. a deed search, or other vital records.
