    3. This may be a longshot, but how difficult would it be to search either the 1920 or 1930 census for all the WHITES in IL who were born in ENGLAND? Unfortunately we don't have much to go on, not even a first name. We just know the 1900 census said he was born in England. Family stories have it that this WHITE may have served some political office in IL. His illegitimate son (an uncle) went to look for his father sometime in the 1920's or 1930's, and we think he found him in IL. If we can find this man, it may be a key to finding other members of our family. If this is too complicated, I certainly understand. Thank you so much. KC
