Allen, The only Conkey st. I can find in the greater Chicagoland area would be Hammond, In. which is in Lake co. and would be considered the Chicago area. I lived in the windy city for 16yrs and was not aware of a street with that name. Novak is to common a surname with to many spelling variations. Since you do not have a given name to search an index for, I would suggest you view the soundexes for Novak in Lake co, In. and Cook co, Il. You can catch the childrens names off the soundex card.
