According to a newspaper article in the Decatur Daily Republican of October 19, 1892, the marriage took place at the home of her parents, Major and Mrs. E. W. McIntosh, 249 N. Water St., officiated by Rev. Parker of the First M. E. Church. I can find Laura with her husband in the 1900, 1910 and 1920 censuses. Laura died June 21, 1920. I guessed that Major E. W. I am not able to find any census information on a Jacob Skrzynski from PA. All I know is that he was a witness at my mother grandfathers wedding in Chicago in 1912.
