H. P. Napton, who recently engaged in the real estate business in Payette and Ontario, will open an office in the new Reed building in this city, when it is completed. Mr. Napton is preparing to handle a great deal of land in Malheur county and in Payette Valley, expecting to be greatly benefited in his work on the Oregon side by the extensive new irrigation projects now on foot.
