Mr. Peter Joseph Russell of Idaho Falls and Miss Francis Isabel Stroup, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Stroup, of Washoe, were united in marriage at the home of the bride’s parents, on Thursday last, February 22, at high noon, Justice J. S. Thurston officiating. There were present only the relatives of the bride and a few friends of the contracting parties. An hour after the ceremony the bride and groom, friends and relatives partook of a wedding feast, the wedded pair taking their departure for Boise on the 4 o’clock train.
