W. W. Bellamy, of Nampa, who wrote Secretary Giesler, of the creamery board, that he would close the deal for the opening of the Payette creamery now sends word that it will be impossible for him to do so for several months if at all. He states as his reason that he was unable to get any encouragement to open the plant at Weiser; and that unless he can operate both he wants none. Another party is now figuring with the secretary, of which something may materialize.
