Miller died at Ontario, Ore., Tuesday morning about 10 o'clock. Mr. Zimmerman, the Payette undertaker, was called to Ontario in the afternoon to take charge of the funeral, which occurred Wednesday afternoon. The INDEPENDENT on behalf of the many friends of Judge Miller in this city extends condolence to him in this hour of his sore affliction.
