A letter from his sister Mrs. H. C. Starks of Portland, received by Sheriff Stewart, giving a complete description including unusual scars on the body is conclusive evidence. The body is still being held at the Peterson Funeral home awaiting further instructions. Note: Charles Edson Scott is buried at Riverside Cemetery, Payette in an unmarked grave. ch
