BOUNTIFUL -- LaRue T. Johnson, age 77, passed away Monday, August 7, 2000 in Bountiful, Utah. Born March 5, 1923 in Malad, Idaho to Daniel W. and Anna Mae Thomas. Married Max F. Johnson, May 15, 1943. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Max and LaRue served a Fam-ily History mission in Missouri and Califor-nia 1974 - 1976. Survived by her hus-band; children, Gary M. (Karen), Bountiful; Pam Johnson, Ore-gon; brothers, Dan Neal Thomas, San Jose, CA; Jess M. Thomas, Hyrum; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by infant daughter, Annette; two sisters, Ila Mae Smith and Theda Hughes. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, August 10, 2000 at the Centerville City Cemetery, 600 East 400 South. Friends may call Thursday morning from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to services at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main.
