Born July 6, 1914 in Malad, Idaho the daughter of Charles Walker and Lettie Gertrude Barkdull Hughes. Married Delmar Graham Duncan, September 16, 1937 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She enjoyed her family and life. She was active and held many positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and spent time as a temple ordinance worker. Survived by her children, Marie (Albert) Brunetti, Glendale, AZ; Verlon (Helen) Duncan, Bountiful; Charlene (Earl) Oldroyd, Midvale; Karon Peckham, Clearfield; Sharon Dowdle, Layton; Patsy (Michael) Child, Woods Cross; Jolene (David) Sward, Bountiful; 26 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Preceded in death by her husband and four brothers. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 2, 2002 at 11 a.m. at the Bountiful 3rd Ward Tabernacle, 51 South Main Street. Friends may call Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and Saturday morning from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
