Rhea was born November 7, 1911 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Thomas Kropf and Ida Cammilla Free Biesinger. She married William Burton Brown March 7, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah; the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was active in the LDS church and held offices in various auxiliary organizations of the church. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her husband and family. She is survived by her son, Clyde (and Margaret M.) Rees, Malad, ID; and a daughter, Linda R. Wang, Cottonwood Heights, 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. Rhea was preceded in death by her husband Bill in 1994, and by her sisters Mae, Oralie, Rosina, and brothers Arvill, and Kenneth. Graveside services will take place for family and close friends at the Murray City Cemetery, 5600 S. Vine Street, at 2 p.m. on Friday May 3rd.
