Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 12, at Alsip & Persons Funeral Chapel, Nampa, with Pastor Linda Olsen officiating. Interment will be at Canyon Hill Cemetery in Caldwell. Emma was born on Oct. 6, 1917, in Samaria, Idaho, to William M. Price and Ann (Hamblin) Price. She was raised in Samaria and later the family moved to Malad. Emma moved to Pocatello when she was a young woman where she met her husband of 63 years, James H. Richards. They were married on Dec. 31, 1939. Emma and Jim made their home in Pocatello for several years where two children were born. After Jim retired, they move to Graham, Wash., near Emma's brother. She enjoyed the area and landscaping the yard. After a few years Emma and Jim moved to Nampa where they continue to reside. Emma is survived by her husband, Jim; her daughter, Judy Tribble; son and daughter-in-law, Jim (Maria) Richards; three granddaughters, Ana (Kevin) Tams, Carol Richards and Diane (Kevin) Price; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Thomas and Annie Jones; brother, Earl H. Price; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Vera Roderick, Ida Sanderson, Katheryne Dechamp; brother, William H. Price; and a grandson, Thomas T.
